It was an extremely professional process which included a phone screen, two rounds of face to face interviews and a psychometric/behavioural test. There was plenty of feedback at each stage of the process. Overall the process was not dragged out and they moved quite quickly from once I undertook the initial phone screen. The agencies senior management team were heavily involved in the process and it was evident that culture is a very important factor for the agency as a whole. Overall was very impressed with the process.
