I was called by a recruiter because I had an active resume on a job site. I started with a one hour phone interview, and given a battery of test. It was followed up by a panel interview, and a one on one with the regional vice president. The process was very secretive because the current job holder had not been terminated.

Started with a prescreen by the RVP. A few days later received a call inviting me to a panel interview. Received Panel interview with local leadership, all STAR based behavioral questions. Then an hour long FaceTime interview with their Director of Ops/Sales, who was brilliant, then the job offer.
