First was phone interview, then got called in to do panel interview with head of DC for Lakeland facility in addition to two other managers. Asked me about past experience in warehouses and why I left. Overall was just behavioral questions to see how you would work in team environment

First there is a phone screening then they set up a date and time to come in and do a sit down interview with up to four managers and then if you are approved you move on to the orientation process and training.

short and intimidating a bit. had to make a play. say som. ething the manager wanted hear. didnt ask alot of questions. unorthodox. didnt leave me with any signs to as if i did good or not. got phone call at 8 pm at night for interview time

First, you apply online. There is a test, and they match the results of how you answer with the results of how their best people have answered. If there is a close match,they invite you to the facility, where they show you a presentation about their company, get to know you a little better and take you on a tour. They want to make sure you know what you're getting into. I found that no part of that really prepared me for what I would actually be doing, but they at least made an effort. Then, you will be interviewed by a department head, more in-depth.
