It was a good interview I was asked a lot of questions about my knowledge of car parts and my history with customer service and how well do I handle difficult situations if they were to arrive.

Wasn't bad. First met with agm then gm. Started a week later. They ask you some questions then have you take a knowledge and skills test. Really wasn't bad.
