I was a FT student in college taking a class which required me to land an internship with a social service agency. My professor was an adjunct at my college as well as the VP of this agency at the time. She set up the interview. I was waiting in the lobby for quite I while I remember. The interviewer was late. He wound up being my coworker but had been with the agency the longest in that particular program, so I am guessing that my supervisor had him interview me based on the fact that as an intern, I would mostly follow him around since he had the most experience. The interview itself was fine. He asked me about my education, background with work, and why I wanted to work there.
