I delivered a resume in person and was able to speak to the owner of the company as he happened to be running the sales floor. 2 weeks later I was asked to come in for an interview with Head of Operations, and shortly thereafter was interviewed by the owner. I received an offer a few days later.

Nothing specifically stands out as the most difficult or unexpected question. They care about four things: Work Ethic, Culture Fit, Willingness to Learn, and Technical Skill set. If you have the necessary skills to perform your job, and good customer service/people skills you will get the job. There are no tricky questions designed to confuse you.
