Panel interview for peds new grad residency program. Managers from different units went around and asked different questions. Very easy process and all of the managers were very nice and understanding of the new grad experience.

It was a good experience, aometimes they do multiple rounds. I only interviewed once though. It was not very tough. Very straightforward basic interview questions. Sometimes they will do online also.

Interview with the recruiter was fine , but with the nurse manager it took an hour and she gave me at least 5 different situations and how should I handle these patients
