I had an intial phone interview with HR, he ask some standard questions, also asked my age which gave me some pause. Filled out a couple of personality tests as well. I could also hear him useing the microwave in the background as well. Second phone interview was with the president, again pretty standard. The third interview was with the marketing director over google hangouts, she wanted to know more about me as a person and was very productive. She was easily the best interviewer in the process. The final and forth in person interview was with the marketing Director, President, and operations Director. It started 10 minutes late first off. The President and Operations Director were staring at their phones a good bit during the interview, and not really engaged. They treated me as if they had never talked to me before. They also asked the same questions that I had answered in my other interviews. The whole process felt pretty cold, I guess they are looking for someone who already associated with the organization. Easily the oddest interview process I’ve every done. Office dress is extremely casual, shorts and flip flop casual, I felt over dressed a bit.
