I would not recommend interviewing for any roles at Advizex. My experience was extremely traumatic. It started with two rounds of interviews where both of the employees were very positive and essentially asked for my availability of the start date. They told my recruiter who they hired for this role that I was going to get the offer. I was even provided a start date and confirmed salary (all provided through my recruiter. They kept promising to send over the written offer, but kept delaying it, saying they were “working on it” for 10 days. After I put in my 2 weeks for my other job (since I was given a start date and this was 2 weeks before then), I got a call from the individual who would have been my manager. They let me know they went on a hiring freeze for the unforeseeable future, leaving me jobless in a very difficult time for the job market. I am happy to say that I’ve accepted another job since this time, but because of Advizex, I was unemployed for 2.5 months, and couldn’t qualify for unemployment since I had left my job for what I thought was a valid offer. Since then, I see the company travelling across the US and touring local sports facilities, obviously using an expansive budget on those opportunities. I have not heard a word from their team in 2 months. I would not trust even the fact that they have a job listing up, and please keep in mind their HR team is extremely unprofessional.
