The interview process was a three step process, starting with a phone interview. The second and third interviews were face to face with managers from the local office. The interview process was entirely focused on ensuring that claims advocates had the desire to excel in a challenging and rewarding job. The managers that interviewed me for this position are the same ones that I worked with when I accepted my position.

The interview process was tough but fair. I went through 3 different interviews one was with the Human Resources Director the others with my manager. It was extremely straightforward they were very honest about all aspects of the job and wanted to make sure that I understood exactly what I was getting into.
