There are three stages in the interview process. The first is with HR and is more general, focusing on your CV. This is followed by a case study relevant to the position. Finally, there is an interview with the upper management team to determine if you are a good fit for the team.

Very bad experience with Advocate Technologies. My experience with this particular company was disappointing and unprofessional with many ambiguities about the position and they did not honor the agreement they proposed to me for the position. On the occasion of the bryq test I had taken, on September 7, 2024, I was called by Advocate Technologies' HR and they suggested that we schedule the first interview for the insurance consultant position.The first interview was with the HR representative. The next stage of the process was a take home assignment lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes. This was followed by two final interviews, one with the Manager and the last with the CTO.After all these time-consuming and complicated interviews, I was called by HR and told that they want to offer me instead the position of Insurance Associate and not Insurance Consultant. We talked about salary, option on getting paid in stocks, laptop included and an 600$ voucher once. I accepted the position and they told me that they will have news about the job oppening in November 2024 as they are waiting for a response from ''some'' client of theirs so that the position can be opened. They called me in November and told me that they still don't have an answer unfortunately and I will have to wait. They called me again and said they would have more information in December. In December they called me and sadly told me the position had not yet opened and they would contact me again in January 2025. As January 15th had arrived and I had not received a response, I called HR. They told me that I would have to wait because the position had not yet opened. So we arrived in March 2025 and for 5 months they have been mocking and misleading me. Still no phone Call. I dont Suggest this company. I do not recommend anyone follow the process. I feel sorry for those who work for this company.
