Applied directly on the website, received an email from the recruiter within a week. Scheduled a zoom call with 2 team members (senior engineers). 30 Mins discussion mainly on past experience and introduction and reason to join the company. The interview went very well and received an assignment on the same day. I submitted my code within a week but they rejected me, feedback was provided. Instructions about the assignment were not very clear, (very generic instructions), if they provided the evaluation criteria then I would have submitted a far better assignment. Overall okay experience but I believe they should have at least set up an assignment discussion round before rejection so that I could explain my thought process and approach. The interviewers were very friendly, I like that.
