      Colloquio

      The interview process was professional, well-structured, and very respectful throughout. The first interview was held online and followed a clear structure with classic questions such as: a short self-introduction, motivation for applying, strengths, and space for my own questions. It felt thoughtful and never like a “stress test”. The atmosphere was open and appreciative. The second interview took place on-site. I had the opportunity to meet the team, my future manager, and even their superior. A recruiter was present and supportive throughout the whole process and remained approachable even after the interviews. I really appreciated being able to just call and get honest, quick answers to any questions that came up later. There was also a small business case included in the second interview. It was very relevant to the position and realistic. A great way to get a sense of the role. After the final round, I received personal feedback from the direct manager, which was very constructive and appreciated. What stood out most to me: the transparency and openness in all answers. No sugarcoating: just honest and respectful communication. Overall, a very positive experience.

      One of the most important parts of the process was the small business case or role play in the second interview. It wasn't just about finding the "right" answer, it showed how people interact, give feedback and work together. A great insight into the culture and collaboration style.
