I have been interviewed by AEquitas twice, as well as an intern there. Neither interview lead to a position. Both interviews I completed were via phone. The questions were not designed to be tricky, although the interviewer (one of the attorneys, not HR) could get somewhat snotty, which I didn't appreciate. Be sure to listen exactly to the phrasing of the question for clues on how to answer "correctly" Additionally, both times I was interviewed, the organization waited until the new hire was posted on the website. Both times, it took 3+ months, and I could easily see if the job was still posted. It isn't great to be notified by the website before anyone at the organization reaches out. The first time, I was emailed 9 months after the phone interview. The second was 4 months, which is more reasonable.
