The first interview was a normal sit-down interview with two people who asked me questions about my job history and qualifications. All fairly standard.
The second interview was a half day at the job to see what an actual day was like and I spent 15 to 20 minutes with each person and watching what they were doing and chatting with them.
They were looking to find how quickly you bond with others, as the job is to quickly bond with IT workers, who are stereotypically antisocial.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
