The interview process for the position of for a Recruiter is pretty straightforward. It starts with a phone screening, and then you are invited to go to a more formal interview where you are interviewed one on one. After that, they invite you back to have an interview with multiple people, and then have you sit one on one with various people in the office to get a feel for how the process goes.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
