Colloquio
I had a connection with the company and they refered me to a regional talent acquisition member. I had two phone interviews with her, one in which I introduced myself and explained why I was interest. The second call was more behavior based questions. They want you to know a lot about the company so make sure you do a lot of homework. They'll give you resources about the company which is nice. I went down for an onsite interview but the people I was scheduled with weren't in the office. They gave me two other people who were nice and they tried to relate to me which I expected. I was supposed to shadow after but they walked me out and I thought it went poorly. SOmeone called me later that day and informed me that they had no idea I was supposed to shadow (bad communication) and invited me in the following day. I met with the original people and met everyone in the office. Something that I noticed that all of the leaders I spoke to were white men and none of them mentioned women when talking about the other members of the office. The day I was supposed to hear back from them they reached out and said that they actually didn't have the capacity to hire anyone in that branch but they referred me to their sister company TekSystems.
You go through a series of three interviews each one gets progressively more in-depth about your skills/company. The third interview is a zoom call with the hiring manager who can possibly make the decision right then and there.

I honestly should have known better after reading how unprofessional this company is. I went through all stages of the interviews. My interviews were very successful. The recruiters expressed to me how much they enjoyed meeting/ speaking with me & how they thought I would excel in the role given my experience. When it was time to negotiate I was assured I would be contacted once they finalized the details.... then.... ghosted. I emailed a few days later, nothing. I called almost a week later after the last interview to ask if they had any updates or needed any additional information from me, nothing..
Through the process, I realized this is not my cup of tea anyways especially given how they ghosted me with absolutely no follow up. Although they mentioned how important communication was, they failed to prove that in their intake process. Interviews were pretty simple, they were just trying to get to know the candidates more. They even give the candidates almost like a cheat sheet with all things Aerotek and more about the specific position. I listed a few questions they asked but be prepared to answer behavior questions related to the role. I really dodged a bullet here so I am happy things didn't work out.

Initial screening was 15 minutes. Recruiter who emailed me was not the same recruiter that called me (which I was not aware of until I got on the phone).
Said the interview would be "conversational" but then powered through 7-8 questions in 15 minute span. Asked how competitive I was and if I was okay working 7:30-5:30 (since these are normal hours). I didn't get the "warm fuzzies" from the interview.
Here's the real kicker - I was told I wasn't chosen for the next round (which I wasn't too mad about) because they had chosen another candidate... and 2 hours later on LinkedIn I saw that they promoted the same role and looking for new applicants.
