I got a screen phone call with one of the recruiters, then she invited me for AN ONSITE interview where she confirmed my career expectations and told me about the position. She said my profile did not match with the position they had so she offered me to wait until a new better opportunity come up. A week later, I got another phone call from another recruiter inviting me to have an on line assessment for the same position I was first told my profile did not match. I did the assessment, passed it, but I never heard back from thema again.
