I had to drive an hour to their office. I was interviewed by an individual that was either very new or very inexperienced. It felt like a complete waste of time considering we could have accomplished the same either over the phone or Zoom (I did not share this sentiment or attitude in the "interview" as I knew I was at their mercy and wanted to make a best impression). They did not follow-up with me, instead I had to contact them on a weekly basis to find out that they were waiting on the client, somebody was on vacation, etc. Until I learned at the three month point that the position was filled.. I never had a chance to interview with the actual company.. Next time I will contact the hiring company directly and not use Aeroteks services.
