I had a first and second interview. At the time, Affinity were bringing their IT function in-house and were interviewing for a range of positions. I had a phone interview, a technical test and then a face-to-face. They were incredibly honest and helpful in their feedback. The role I had applied for was a bit of a reach for me at the time, but I got great advice, feedback, and I got encouraged to apply back once I had a little more experience. I didn't get an offer, but I did leave feeling like I'd benefited from the process.
