they asks all the applicants to a boardroom, including interns and full-time; to get an overview about the company, the manager told how she liked the company and learn from it ; then second interview is 1 to 1 interview via Skype. the process is really simple and easy.

I applied through my university's career website and then received a phone call to set up an in-person interview in their Fairfax, VA office. The interview was extremely easy, I was asked to talk about myself and then was given information about the internship and was given an offer on the spot.
