Worse interview that I have ever been on. Once I got there, the person interviewing me was nothing but negative. He starting by asking me to, “tell me about myself” and when I began, he interrupted and told me that I wasn’t qualified for the position. Please note that I was interviewing for an internship and had plenty of other internship experience, was a senior in college, and had almost a 4.0. Frustrated that the interviewer had written me off before even letting me speak, I asked him why he called me in for an interview if he thought that I was so unqualified. His response, “I didn’t read your resume, someone else forwarded it to me, but I don’t know what the #%*+ she was thinking”. To make matters worse, he didn’t know what job posting I was talking about when I referred to the post that I applied from. HE was listed as the point of contact. Feeling completely defeated I thanked him for his time and got up and left. I hope that no one freshly entering the Advertising industry ever has an encounter like this one. Thankfully, from what I can tell, this person does not work for this company anymore. I can’t speak for the quality of the rest of employees because I only spoke to this individual.
