After screening, was sent questions via e-mail to answer by e-mail, which was nice and allowed for some well-thought out answers. After that was invited to an in-person interview with a set agenda. Interviewed with three people and took a facility tour. Heard back two weeks later with a job offer. Background check took almost 4 weeks to complete.
