      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Agility Recovery (Denver, CO) nel mese di apr 2017

      Colloquio

      Interview process was fairly easy. It started with a video interview where I had to record answers to some very basic account management questions. Following the video interview I was invited to the office for an in-person interview. Prior to the interview I had a quick discussion with a talent acquisition manager where we discussed the process and my salary expectations. My salary requirements were significantly higher than what they were offering and explained that I would not want to continue the process unless they were willing to go much higher. I was told this should not be an issue and they were willing to negotiate. The actual interview was pretty straight forward I didn't find any questions to be out of the ordinary. They also gave me a tour of their new downtown office (which is really nice). I was made an offer less than 24 hours after the interview. The offer was significantly less than what I had asked for and they basically were unwilling to negotiate. I found this incredibly off-putting as I told them I had no interest in interviewing for that level of salary. As a result I declined the offer.
