Interview process took over a month. Some of the interviewers were nice and they brought forward some of the interview dates to accommodate my request but many of the aspects were unprofessional and informal.
1) An auto generated email (which lands in Junk/Spam) was sent after going through all the rounds plus online tests. All these process added up took close to 6 hours and the whole interview process took over a month
2) The salary range was not given and I was not told if my salary requirement was ok even during the last round with senior management. I was put through multiple rounds of interviews with having no clue of the salary range. I was told to check it during the last round and when the question was asked, I was told “give me your number as there is no point of me giving a range if we are not offering you the job” which was an extremely unprofessional answer by a senior management level interviewer which questions leadership
3) It is also ideal to have a proper video interview instead of a phone interview for the final round as a lot of dynamics change during a phone interview especially with senior management who also did not have the feedback from the previous interviewers
4) I was then told the ‘Team’ decided not to move forward with my application. I believe if the team thought my application wasn’t suitable I should have not been put through over 6 hours of interviews and online tests
I deem this as a very unprofessional interview experience (as confirmed by multiple comments on Glassdoor) which reflects badly on Agoda and their leadership too (especially as a loyal customer of Agoda).

The first few rounds were alright until the last round with the director of the team. For some reason he started with an attitude and was rude and unprofessional from the first minute.
It was more or less quick but the management is not too experienced, they are pretty young so it's difficult to related. The offer came in quick too so that was good.

Interviewed for the Thailand office. The recruiter and HR team are quick to respond to questions. Went through the interview process rather quickly after passing the general cognitive ability test.
