I was initially contacted by a recruiter, and then put in touch with the hiring manager. I was given a skills test which involved building a (pretty simple) web page based on a provided design. The skills required were basic HTML/CSS/JS. After I submitted the skills test I did not hear back for about a week, after which I reached out to find out what was going on. I was then brought in for an in-person interview with the hiring manager and one other person (who would be my manager). Most of their questions were behavioral. We discussed technical skills only briefly.
