Fantastic experience! The recruiter was extremely connected and engaged during the entire process. Peapod Digital Labs really focused on asking questions to understand who you are as an individual to make sure you are a good fit. Some of the questions caught me off guard, however the interviewers were very personable and made it easy to just have a conversation. Also Peapod Digital labs is constantly seeking ways to improve themselves so each interview asked for feedback after the interview which really shows that they value and listen to employee feedback. Overall great company, that I would have joined had I not been given a different offer that aligns closer to my long term goals.
