Initial screening call from recruiter took an hour and a half! The recruiter was not the warmest person and he seemed arrogant. It’s a slow process and requires a lot of patience on the candidate side. Next steps were 4-5 additional separate interviews with different managers (around an hour long each). Interviews with the managers were a good experience and they seemed like nice people. A week later, I called the recruiter to follow up and he didn’t seem to have any information and he had to reach out to the hiring manager to get his feedback. They seem unorganized.
