I had to complete an online IQ/personality test, analyze a sample-database (including forecasting) and prepare a PowerPoint presentation in the pre-selection process. Afterwards went twice to their headquarter for two distinct interviews (2 people per interview). All in all, the process was straightforward.
THAT SAID,
With all the time I spent in their hiring process, the least they could do is take a moment of their time to write back an email and let me know the final outcome with some remarks.
I even emailed them 2 weeks after and they didn't bother to reply back.
That's very unprofessional and demonstrate their lack of social conscience as a corporation.
Glad I'm not there, in hindsight.
Also, they lied about the salary because at the beginning of the process I told them my minimum was roughly 60k and after going through all their loops I was offered between 48k to 56k (though the HR lady (Pascale) seemed keen on it being in the low 50s). On top of that, she even mentioned I wouldn't get a salary "revision" before almost 2 years of work.
