It is not at all a proper interview process when I had given the same. They conduct 3 rounds of interviews where an employee is selected for the next round based on his performance in the previous round. They will speak about punctuality but the same is least followed by them personally and you will end up wasting your entire day. Please keep your schedule free for interview here. They have the same email writing round, GD with the same question put forward which has been there consistent for 1 year!! And finally one on one round which is again just asking you to praise Airbnb and prove your worth in customer relations. If you speak honestly then you might be in trouble. BEWARE- In case you are selected, please see that these guys directly send 3rd party people to your residence without sending any offer letter as well. Very unprofessional and thug like attitude of HR people!
