The process was overall fast! I had my initial interview with HR which lasted 30 minutes. Then they scheduled my interview with the hiring manager a week later. A day after the interview with the hiring manager, HR set up my interview for the following week with 4 potential stakeholders. These interviews all went so well. Unfortunately, I received an email from HR saying I wasn’t going to progress to the next round. Everyone had great things to say about me however were looking for someone whose experience aligned with the role. I thought that was weird because my current role aligned exactly with the role I was interviewing for.
