I was reached out to by a Recruiting Manager who asked if I would be interested in a position with Airspace. Once I confirmed my interest (Via my response to Indeed email), I was invited for a phone call screening. once complete, I was invited for a 2nd round interview to gauge if my experience aligned with the position. Shortly after completing my 2nd round interview I was invited to have a 3rd round interview interview to gauge my fit into the company's culture and mission. A few days after my last interview I was offered a position with the company.

Three round interview. Everything went well they made it seem like I had a job and then told me that I wasn’t moving forward. I believe they’re racist. I’m African-American and all the people that I interviewed with were Caucasian. There was nothing wrong with my résumé. I had years of experience with a top forwarder, both internationally and domestic, so there was no reason why I wasn’t chosen, especially after getting positive feedback for the interviews. Maybe they will get some diversity in the company besides women I hate that I even said all those things to them about how empowering it was to see women in high places, but obviously they really don’t care.
