Was reached out to 30 minutes after applying. Had a lovely screen call with Jonathan. Went into great detail about the role and my experiences. Overall had a very positive experience till that point. Unfortunately was seemingly ghosted after this screen. No feedback. No rejection email. Nothing. Tried reaching out to the recruiter and still received no response. Candidate experience is not just how you conduct an interview, but the entire process right from the moment a candidate decides to apply to your organization. Clearly my time and efforts weren’t valued and I’d be weary of joining an organization that doesn’t place an importance on this. Which is sad because I genuinely loved everything till this point.
