The applications were received through google forms. The candidates for interview were shortlisted after reviewing applications and interview dat and times was informed over email. The interview was over Zoom.

The interview was smooth and casual. There were two interviewers, and both asked questions. It lasted for about 20 minutes. The questions were basic interests, why joining Akhuwat, who inspires you, which social issue you would like to solve and why etc.
