I recently went through a three-step interview process for a Frontend Developer role at Aku. The first interview was a general discussion about my experience with the recruiter. The second round involved a technical interview with the team and CTO, covering React concepts, problem-solving, and coding challenges. The final stage was a take-home assignment to assess my practical skills. Overall, the process was well-structured and gave a good overview of the role and team. The interviewers were knowledgeable and provided clear expectations.
