I was contacted after applying for the role online. The individual expressed interest in speaking with me and asked for my availability. Despite emailing this person with my availability as requested, they never replied to my email. I followed up with another email and through another professional networking site. I never received a reply or a thank you but no thank you response. This is very unprofessional of any prospective employer. This is not intended to name and shame the company but it is definitely designed to call attention to their recruitment process. It's all about process improvement.
