Totally unprofessional - Did initial phone screen, was called to come in for an in-person interview. Met with 2 supervisors and they called me back for a third interview with the President/Founder of the company.. an hour before the interview was scheduled to take place, I got an e-mail saying that it would have to be rescheduled for early the next week and apologies for the short notice. No worries. I followed up the next week when I didn't hear anything and never got any response! If a candidate isn't a good fit - it's very simple to inform them. But it literally felt like they just ghosted me! They even told me that I was the only person they had called in to do an in-person so I felt like I was at least in the running to get the job...
