I was approached by the hiring team, spent 3 hours of multiple zoom calls with the HR team, board member and then a 1.5 hour meeting with the board members who were VERY respectful. I received a call apologizing for feedback delay and assuring an offer within a week. 2 weeks later, no contact and no phone responses, which is very disrespectful and damaging to their employer brand. I do not recommend interviewing there (except if you have spare time)!
