You go through two rounds of interviews. One large group interview and one individual interview. They tell you at the end of each interview whether or not you have been selected to move forward. You are told that same day if you have been hired or not.

You are a barista at a coffee shop. A customer comes up to the front and says that this line is too long, and that each time he comes here it is the same length. His drink order has also been wrong the last three times he has ordered. How do you handle this customer?
Several typical questions, very easy. Lasted less than 30 mins. They were eager to hire, it looks like. Let me know about the result of the interview the same day.

I applied for the CSA position and answered about 50 questions . I was invited to a pre orientation presentation via Zoom. There were about 35 people on the call. It lasted an hour. Individuals were not asked any questions , but you could ask questions . We were told we would hear within the next few days if chosen for a one on one interview. Basically they have their mind made up since they do not get to know you .
