Super easy process. Basically all that you do is take a drug test and answer a few easy questions. I mean, it is a minimum wage job after all so there isn't anything too difficult to get through.

Applied online and received a call from one of the 5th Managers. They asked me scenario based questions, like how I would deal with a co-worker abusing our discounts. It was quite lengthy because the manager was writing down all my responses. If you are thorough, you can answer most of their questions when they ask the first one.
