I had four rounds of interviews and then got an email that I would need to complete two more rounds. I was OK with that, but it was two more rounds than they initially said which was a little concerning. The recruiter never followed up to schedule the next rounds. I emailed twice asking to schedule them. Really disrespectful to ghost someone after four rounds.

Regular process. Nice hiring manager. HR coordinator is responsive. Questions are relevant to the position. Was asked case/ scenario questions to see how you deal with it and behavioral questions about your past experience.

I dropped out because they asked me to share information from my previous companies which are in a competitive category to them. And it's not just presenting it, they asked me to share the marketing research reports with them in advance. Not sure how they don't understand how even work from other places is covered by an NDA.

The interview process was formal yet quick. I met with hiring manager, the director, and 2 team members and they made their decision afterwards. Everyone on the team was kind especially my HR contact.
