Head hunter called me after she got my resume from online. Then the hiring manager and I talked about 1 hours with more than 10 questions and progressing well. Then we had a face to face interview with the hiring manager and HR manager in the hotel near the plant with good results. then we met again the 2nd day in the plant and I got the offer.
