I enjoyed speaking to the recruiter and hiring team. The interview process was quite long - 9 weeks in total for me. I was not selected. The recruiter was genuine and gave me feedback at the end.

I advanced smoothly through the recruiting process and had an excellent interview with the hiring manager, where my qualifications were a strong match. In fact, during that conversation, a more senior role was suggested as a better fit for my level of experience. The final interview with the Director of Market was a sharp contrast. The meeting started over 20 minutes late with no acknowledgment or apology, and the questions lacked structure and relevance to the role. I received a rejection email nearly a month later. I followed up requesting specific feedback to improve future applications for similar roles and received no response. The lack of professionalism and transparency was disappointing.

There are several interviews with managers and potential team members. It is a smooth process and the recruiters are great. They make the process fairly easy and overall it was a good experience.
