I went through 4 interviews. First one was over the phone and very professional. Second one was with the director of operations who criticized me for wearing a tie and then spoke for 45 minutes on how she was wanting to do less work and get rid of people on the phones. The 3rd interview was with someone out of state a d the 4th was with a group of people who asked 3 questions. Each interview gave me a different state of affairs ranging from everything is great to everything is terrible and we will need to clean house. When I was asked questions it felt like they were trying to take my ideas than see if I was a good fit. In between interviews my emails would go unanswered and when I asked for an update they told me after a month and 4 interviews thanks but no thanks. During this time they never talked benefits in any detail or what pay would look like. A complete waste of time.
