I was called for a Walk-In-Interview at Alfa Overseas. After the basic HR Round, I was taken to the team leader who gave me a SEO task and told me to review their own company website. After I finished the task, he wrote some comments and I was taken to the Director for a personal interview, where he did my educational background check and negotiated the salary with me.

before i start writing review i wanna tell u guys that i just gave this interview for a sake... because it was just stone throw away from my home.Yes, i was looking for a job but not KPO or BPO type company who fool people by giving night shift job on a less pay structure. one fine afternoon i got call from hr and she said there is opening for SEO and the way she spoke like she eagerly need a employee.. after all they are HR nd they know well how to set there target. So next day i been for a interview first round was HR round she was calm and friendly, she asked some basic question related to SEO and after hr round they told us to review there website on SEO basic and to be very honest i doubt they dont even checked that and selected every candidate for a next round, which was with director of the company through skype i barely remember dat guy name...after waiting for more than one hour they connected a video call and the way director was asking the question it was too rude. he was asking question like he is taking interview for a manger position not for SEO fresher too many question and as soon he completed his question he just disconnected the video call which was totally disrespectful...
