The interview process was rigorous but not excessive. I went through three rounds of interviews, first with a member of the Talent Acquisition team over the phone, then in person with two members of the team I would be a part of (the Data team), and then in person again with two members of the leadership team. Everyone was very kind, the vibe was never hostile.
