After emailing a resume, I was contacted for an in-person interview and then a hands-on interview. It was rather serious, not very light-hearted and right down to business. It was face-to-face with one of the owners, in her office. The next day, I came in for a hands-on interview, doing a massage on the owner. I was offered the job afterwards.
