Applied online, and was sent a Calendly link to set up an initial 30-minute call on Zoom. First call the interviewer rescheduled 20 min before the call. I scheduled another one and the interviewer rescheduled it again this time 5 min before the call.
On the third call, he did not show up at all, I sent him a note and waited for 15 min but no reply. Bizzare.

Only spoke to the TA recruiter who was based out of a bedroom? Asked automated questions about why AllWork and my background. The next day, I received an automated message from a noreply email that they would not move forward. No feedback, nothing to take forward, just an automated world... Lack of professionalism on their part.

Was put through a screening interview that went well and was told I will be contacted for the second round interview with the hiring manager.
The interview with the hiring manager was about 45 minutes and it ended with that manager telling me about the rest of the interview process which was interviewing with stakeholders and then another final round interview with the hiring manager again.
At the end of the interview I was asked to send references over to HR (which did my screening)
After sending references HR did not confirm receipt. Following up with HR again and still didn’t get a response. The date that they wanted to hire for this role passed so I assume they weren’t interested. Still seemed very unprofessional to ask for references and then ghost a candidate. I would prefer to not giver references if they knew they didn’t want to move forward.
