I submitted my application and resume online from the "Careers" section of Allegiant's company website. I received an invite for a video interview which consisted on a few simple questions to be submitted within 48 hours. Approximately a week later, I received an invitation for a F2F interview. As many others have stated, it began with a company info session, followed by group interviews. I had not had an interview in 20 years, and I found this process to be much more comfortable than I anticipated. It was a very relaxed setting. I was then selected for a one on one interview - which also was comfortable and the person who interviewed me was down to earth and non-intimidating. I really appreciated this. Allegiant has been awarded for their exceptional interviewing process, and it is well deserved. This was a great experience, regardless of the outcome. My offer status is still pending - which is why I chose "no offer" for this survey.

My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.
