Group presentation then broken into 2 groups. Interviewed in front of 5 or 6 people along with 2 recruiters. The recruiters are incredibly nice and do a very nice job to keep everyone at a comfort level with so much competition. They do what they can to make the atmosphere upbeat but in all honesty my nerves still got the best of me. After the group interviews some are asked to leave while others are on to the one on one. It took a little over 4 hours.

My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.
